When I'm signed into messenger, why doesn't the smiley face icon light up next to my yahoo email address.?
It's a bug some people are running into in version 8.0. Help Yahoo! find it and fix it.
Click "Enable Logging" in the Help menu. Try to sign in again and make sure it still doesn't work. Now click "Submit Logs" in the Help menu. Be sure to put in a brief description of the problem, and then Send.
