Why can't i find smiley central on my yahoo messenger?

To add a smiley to ur instant message,


click the Smiley Central button located in the top-right corner of the Windows client version of your AIM, ICQ, MSN Messenger or Yahoo Messenger. Choose the smiley you'd like to use from the dropdown menu.


If after installation u are not seeing the toolbar in ur IM window, please reboot ur computer. If u are still not seeing the toolbar after rebooting, please contact customer support.
